Requirements ; Cosmetologist: 1500 Hours ; Esthetics: 600 Hours ; Nail Technician: 250 Hours ; Makeup Artist: Applicant Must Submit Proof Of Having Successfully Completed A Course Or Program In Makeup Artist Services Approved By The Board. Maryland Grants To Those Individuals Who Hold A License From A State Whose Requirements Are The Same As Or Greater Than Those Of Maryland'S.
